We are happy to welcome San Juanita Treviño MA as our clincial psychometrician. Juanita is a skilled clinician with over 14 years of experience. She performs assessments in both English and Spanish and we're very luck to have her with us. As a testament to how awesome she is with patients, she had only been with us for 2 weeks when a patient gave us a 5-star Google review mentioning her specifically.

We are FINALLY in-network with Aetna.

We don't normally use this forum to complain but... we submitted our documentation for credentialing to Aetna (along with all our other insurance panels) on March 10th, 2023. That was almost 1 year ago! We called their credentialing department a total of 22 times over 9 months for status updates. The frustrating part is that all they had to do was log into www.caqh.org and look up our credentials! Literally would have taken them 4 minutes. For comparison, to become a provider with Medicare took 6 weeks, Cigna took 9 weeks, and BCBS took 10 weeks.

So, all those patients in the area who've needed testing can finally get on the schedule. We're currently scheduling for early March.
