💡 Naloxone (or Narcan) is an opioid antagonist that can quickly reverse an opioid overdose.

💡 The medication can be given by intranasal spray, intramuscular, subcutaneous, or intravenous injection.

💡 With the increase of illegal drugs being laced with fentanyl, it's important you carry Narcan and are ready to prevent an opioid overdose.

Justice should be rooted in science, not fear.

Laws that punish people for their health don’t protect communities.

Stand with those impacted and support dignity, care, and equity for people living with HIV.

-----------------------------------------------------

Talking to your kids about safer s*x and HIV may feel uncomfortable, but honest, age-appropriate conversations help young people make informed and safer choices. Education, access, and open communication are key parts of prevention.

At Family Centers CARES, we provide safer s*x education, HIV prevention resources, and free protective supplies (condoms) to support youth, parents, and the community. We’re here to help families navigate these conversations with care, respect, and accurate information—without judgment.
