Our incredible Office Manager and the organizational heart of Rehab It.

Kristel is often the first voice you hear and the friendly face guiding you through scheduling, billing, and everything in between. She keeps both of our locations running seamlessly so our clinical team can focus on what matters most — delivering exceptional 1:1 care.

Outside the office, she loves spending time with friends & family, a good night and traveling to learn about other cultures.

⚡️Some key components we focus on in an exercise program for osteoporosis of the spine:

• Strengthening spinal extensors to support upright posture
• Gradually increasing axial loading for stimulating bone growth
• Improving core strength & stability for spinal protection
• Introducing light plyometrics (when appropriate) for bone health + function

⚠️Every spine and every person is different. Programs should always be individualized based on medical history, fracture risk, current fitness level, and goals.
