We’re a supportive & welcoming community of students & instructors coming together in a safe, beautiful space to move together & empower each other. Empowered Aerial Fitness is a state of the art aerial fitness studio in Stamford, Connecticut offering a full range of aerial classes to adults 18 and up. We offer a full range from first time to advanced students in pole fitness and dance, lyra (aerial hoop), aerial hammock and yoga, and a wide range of air and land based dance, conditioning, and flexibility classes. Our classes are the most inclusive, challenging, rewarding and empowering classes you will ever take!
