Speech therapy doesn’t always have to look like drills.

Watch how easily this child’s goal for final consonant maintenance of /t/ is woven into child-led play. Using simple but meaningful words like “eat,” “hat,” “night,” “cat,” “yet,” we can model and practice without interrupting the flow of play.

When therapy is fun and feels like play, practice happens more naturally and it sticks ⭐️

Stand on the vibration board, reach across your body to pull the squigz off the mirror, and then rotate to put the squigz on the opposite side of the mirror. This activity is great for strengthening the rotational core muscles, crossing midline, and improving balance reactions ⭐️
