The SEED Center

The SEED Center The SEED Center is the premier provider of Autism Services in Connecticut. Services are available 7 days per week.

We currently offer social skills classes, ABA therapy (both in-home and in-center), parent training, and school consulting. The SEED Center offers a wide range of services to children, adolescents and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disabilities including:
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) - The SEED Center staff integrates the practical applications of ABA principles across a variety of everyday experiences. Diagnostic and Psychological Evaluations - Our Licensed Psychologists conduct evaluations for children and adolescents with a suspected or confirmed diagnosis. Social Skills Groups - Our groups incorporate age-appropriate, evidenced-based practices that focus on skill development and learning to think socially. Psychotherapy - Our team of Licensed Mental Health professional’s offers individual, group and family psychotherapy through the lens of understanding the unique needs of individuals ASD. Speech and Language Therapy- Our Speech and Language Therapists utilize proven methods to address a range of challenges often faced by an individual with ASD. Occupational Therapy – Our Occupational Therapists addresses a combination of cognitive, physical and motor skills in order to gain age-appropriate independence and participate more fully in life. Life Skills – Designed to give individuals with ASD more independence and control over their lives. Job Skills Job skills - Job skills participants complete assessments in employment skills to determine baseline and select units of study tied to 4 competency areas: Exploring Employment, Employment Choices, Securing and Maintaining Employment and Appropriate Employability Skills. School Consulting - Our consulting services are geared to help school districts overcome potential difficulties in meeting the educational needs of students with ASD and related disabilities.
