Why do we put blocks under the pelvis while electric stimulation? 🤨 Today we are taking a look at pelvic elevation for better access and alignment. Raising the pelvis, using blocks or cushion helps flat in the lumbar spine or adjust pelvic tilt. This creates better contact between the electrodes and the target muscle groups, especially in the lower back glutes or hamstrings it also puts some muscles in a more neutral and optimal length tension position for stimulation. 😮‍💨🙌🏽
