This one felt impossible.
A small NJ mental health clinic lost their Psych NP.
They only needed 8 hours a week. Nobody wanted it.

Too few hours. Too far a drive. Not enough pay.

Then we found Michael an experienced Psych NP looking for exactly that setup.
Commute worked. Hours worked. He started immediately.

That was in 2020.
