Meet Stephany Olivieri, a passionate wellness practitioner and Middle School teacher with a Master’s in Educational Psychology, Stephany blends mind–body awareness with compassionate guidance. She’s a 200-hour RYT (currently pursuing her 300-hour and pre/postnatal certifications), Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and Sound Healer. Stephany’s goal is to meet each student where they are, helping them feel confident, comfortable, and connected on their mat.
