Tyler joined our community in September 2021, and from his very first day, he has embodied what it means to serve with heart, integrity, and unwavering dedication. He is the kind of team member who doesn’t simply complete tasks—he elevates the standard of care for everyone around him.

Tyler is a natural leader, a dependable teammate, and a steadfast advocate for the residents he serves. His peers look to him for guidance, support, and encouragement, and he consistently rises to the occasion with humility and grace.

What truly sets Tyler apart is the depth of his compassion. His commitment to his residents knows no boundaries. He is well known for coming in on his days off—no matter the hour—when a resident is declining, simply to sit with them and their loved ones so they never feel alone. His presence brings comfort, reassurance, and dignity during some of life’s most vulnerable moments.

Tyler’s actions reflect the very best of who we strive to be as caregivers. He goes the extra mile not for recognition, but because it is who he is at his core. Tyler is also advancing his career in healthcare as he will finish LPN school this December.
