Day 1 of My Newest Health Journey (Yes, With One Kidney)
I’m starting something new today: small, customized doses of terzepatide, NAD+, and B12. And yes — I know some will question my decision.
I’ve spent the last 7 years being intentional about what I put in my body. Since donating my kidney, that focus has gone into overdrive. I research everything, especially anything that could affect my one remaining kidney positively or negatively.
After a lot of reading (and asking way too many questions), I decided to start these small doses for myself. This is my journey — not advice, just what I’m trying and noticing along the way.
Here’s what I’m starting with:
Terzepatide: starting small, watching how my body responds to it's many potential benefits.
NAD+: curious about energy, focus, and cellular recovery.
B12: classic, because who doesn’t like a little vitality boost?
Here’s the thing — I know people are curious: “Does it work?” “How do you even start?” “Are you crazy?” My plan is to share it all — the weird surprises, the small wins, maybe even the facepalm moments.
So you might see me post updates that make you go, “Wait, she actually did that?”
I’ll definitely share what’s working, what isn’t, and if anything makes me rethink the whole microdosing.
If you want to follow along, or just feel better about your own experiments, you are always welcome here.
If you want more information about any of this or my decision just drop "INFO" below or send me a message.
Dont forget to tag a friend who’s always curious about the latest health trends — they’ll thank you later.
Here's to health of the future!
