First Klass Health and Wellness, Inc. was created for you in mind. It is designed to teach you about what it takes to be in optimum health!

How do you define wellness? We continually hear this word during the news, in conversations, at work or read it in newspapers, magazines and the like. Surprisingly, there’s no definition of wellness that seems to be universally accepted. Nonetheless there is a set of general characteristics found in most good attempts at defining wellness. In Genesis 1, God said He created all things and He looked back on each and said, “It is good.” All the plants he created are perfect, all their chemical constituents are meant to work together for our healing. Ezekiel 47:12 says that He created trees with fruit for our food and the leaves for our medicine/healing. At First Klass Health and Wellness, Inc., I focus on a "whole-istic" approach to health and well-being as our bodies are designed by God, our creator, to heal themselves. There are several ways to achieve optimum health. The first, and best way is to choose a healthy diet (preferably organic if possible) and exercise, along with incorporating the use of essential oils instead of traditional medicine. I absolutely love what I do and I am MORE than passionate about the company I represent. I have always had a tremendous desire to help people, especially those that are hurting or in need of special care, which is why I take great pride in working with others to help educate them on the options that are available in order to live a better, healthier way of life. You've got to take a little time to try this! Once a week, spend 20 minutes in a warm bath that contains a handful of Epsom salts, 10 drops of lavender essential oil and a half cup of baking soda! It's heavenly!
