When I lie down on the sauna bench, my lower back settles in the most delicious way. My body definitely registers safety here, where I have intentionally created a calm, contained environment - and my nervous system shifts toward rest. My pelvic floor, low back, and sacral area hold emotional and physical tension and when I hit the firm, warm wood, those areas finally let go. It feels amazing and I hope you've felt it here too!

Stepping outside between sauna rounds isn’t just a cooldown — it’s communion. Sitting in nature helps your nervous system reset, grounds excess heat, and reminds your body that it belongs to something bigger than four walls, especially during the winter season. Commune with the birds in between sauna rounds. I promise you will love them!

That crisp clarity between sauna rounds feels almost meditative. Cold air, cold plunge, ice bucket. For my guests — especially first-timers who may not want full cold exposure — cold water on the face is a beautiful bridge. It gives you the nervous system benefits of contrast therapy without overwhelming intensity AND your skin looks amazing after!

It's not a spa, but a gentle reset. A simple, quiet space for you to enjoy alone or with friends. (And the chickadees and sparrows who will visit you while you're outside, enjoying the fresh air and fire.)

Winter mornings can be brutal—but sauna changes the whole vibe for me. I've said this many times before, Sauna has helped me acclimate to all seasons and temperatures. Some mornings, instead of shocking my body awake with caffeine and stress, heat gently warms my muscles, boosts circulation, and tells my nervous system to calmly prepare for the day. I step out of the sauna feeling grounded, clear-headed, and already accomplished—before the day even starts!
