✨Energy knows no boundaries of time or space. During a distant reiki session, you’re invited to get cozy—sitting or lying down in whatever way feels most supportive—for about 20–25 minutes.

I create sacred space, set intentions, and call in the highest light. With the symbols drawn and the connection opened, healing life-force energy is sent directly to you, wherever you are. Clients often share experiences of warmth, waves of love, tingling sensations, or deep relaxation—though every session is unique. The most important thing is to arrive with an open heart and no expectations.

💫 After the session, I’ll write down my notes and invite you to do the same. We can connect by text or through a phone call to discuss anything that came through.

✨Accessibility matters. We want everyone who moves through our doors to have the support they need. We purposefully chose a space with accessible parking, ramps and wide doors. We believe everyone deserves to feel safe, supported and able to attend our events. We provide thick mats, bolsters and yoga blankets, but we understand sometimes that doesn’t meet everyone’s needs.
✨Please make us aware through private message a few days prior to the event if you need accommodations. We will always do our best to make you comfortable. You matter.

🌑 For much of the world, this time of year feels like an ending. For some, Samhain marked the beginning of a new year. Whether you’re closing out this cycle or stepping into the next turn of the wheel, now is your moment.

The New Moon invites us to imagine what we want to create and call into our lives. This one asks us to go deeper—shed the stories that no longer fit and step boldly into our souls purpose.

Honor the ending. Welcome the beginning. Let your intentions reflect the truth of who you are becoming.

It’s sound bath day! Here are a few gentle reminders so our evening flows with ease:

✨ This event is full! Please arrive 10–15 minutes before 7pm to sign in, complete payment if needed, and get settled. We begin promptly at 7:05 out of respect for everyone’s time.
✨ We provide thick mats, bolsters and lightweight yoga blankets. Please remember to bring your own cozy blanket and pillow — comfort is everything during your sound bath journey.
✨ Come with an open heart and mind. Release expectations and, if you feel called, set an intention for the new moon.

✨Setting Sacred Space✨
Clearing the energy, preparing for ceremony, calling in the directions and the elements.
I had the honor of opening sacred space in this beautiful canyon as Travis received his Reiki Level I ignition.
We began his training last week and completed it today beneath a lovely tree.
What an honor and a privilege it is to walk this path and share this journey with him.
