✨ It’s Sound Bath Day! ✨

In preparation for your experience:

💧 Please hydrate throughout the day. Consider adding electrolytes if that feels supportive for your body.
👚 Dress comfortably so you can fully relax.
⏰ Arrive 10–15 minutes early — doors will lock at 7:05 PM to preserve the container for everyone attending.
🛏 Bring a pillow and cozy blanket to make your space extra comfortable.

Come ready to release, receive, and be fully immersed in the healing vibrations of sound.
