MEET AMANDA! ✨

Amanda has been teaching yoga since 2018 and brings a knowledgeable, thoughtful and accessible approach to her classes. Her training includes RYT-200 in Hot Power Yoga with an Ashtanga foundation, advanced certifications in Vinyasa, Yin, Myofascial Release and Rocket Yoga. She also holds an additional RYT-200 in multiple Intensive Teacher Training Modules.

Amanda is passionate about intelligent sequencing, alignment and functional mobility. She intentionally designs classes that are both empowering and accessible to all levels of yoga students.

Outside of the studio, Amanda is the mother of 15-year-old twins. When she’s not teaching or spending time with her kids, she enjoys being outdoors and lifting weights, which influences her balanced, strength-forward teaching style.

You will see her at our studio from time to time subbing flow classes or strength and stability! 🤎 Enjoy one of her classes when you see her on the schedule!

Join us for a fun evening with Taylor Stanley, RN as she guides us in facial yoga. Facial yoga is a practice combining massage, acupressure, lymphatic drainage, and relaxation to tone facial muscles, improve circulation, elasticity, and firmness—reducing signs of aging like sagging and puffiness.

Basically a gentle form of strength training for more than 57 facial and neck muscles!

Enjoy wine and snacks, laughter and friendship as we practice yoga for our face!
