We are SO excited to share not one, but two amazing accomplishments from our very own team!

First, please join us in congratulating Sam, our incredible Director of Nursing, for being named Director of Nursing of the Year! 🏆Not only has our community proudly taken home the Community Cup, but we also have the honor of celebrating the best nurse around. Sam’s dedication and compassion are truly unmatched. She juggles the world on her shoulders, yet you’d never know it from the positivity, grace, and strength she brings to our team every single day. Sam puts in countless hours both here and at home always going above and beyond for our staff, our residents, and our community. She thrives in her role, and we love watching her grow, lead, and inspire more with each passing day. If you ask anyone to describe Sam, the words are always the same: kind‑hearted, team player, and fiercely dedicated to ensuring we provide the best care possible. We are so proud to see our team recognized for their hard work, and even prouder to show off Sam’s incredible achievement. She truly deserves this honor! 💙

But wait… we’re not done yet!

We also want to congratulate Kayla, our phenomenal Sales Director, for winning Sales Director of the Year! 🌟🏅Kayla stepped into her role just a year ago, and from day one, she has brought nothing but drive, ambition, and heart. She has kept our building at 100% full since August, and for the first time in years, Nittany Valley now has a waitlist! Kayla leads with kindness, compassion, and a smile that lights up our halls. She’s always the first to lend a helping hand and continuously pushes our community to grow and shine. We don’t just have the best nurse around we also have the best sales director by our side! 💙✨

Out of over 100 communities, these two were chosen, and we truly couldn’t be prouder. They rock their roles, lift up our team, and pour their hearts into everything they do.

We are overwhelmed with pride and gratitude as we celebrate an achievement that truly reflects the heart of our community. Out of over 100 Priority Life Care buildings, Nittany Valley has been awarded Community Cup of the Year! 🏆💙

To our incredible staff, our amazing residents, and the families who trust us every single day THANK YOU! This award belongs to every one of you.

Since August, we’ve held our building at 100% occupancy, even though challenges and obstacles that could have easily slowed us down. But they didn’t. Our team showed up with dedication, compassion, and pride proving time and time again what is possible when a community stands together. ✨

Our building is full, beautiful, thriving, and filled with the kind of energy that only comes from genuine teamwork and love. And now, all that hard work has been recognized in the biggest way possible.

When we say we are the best, we truly mean it because of the people who make Nittany Valley what it is.
