Every day is a good day to celebrate our veterans.

It was our privilege to present George from Bloomington, Indiana, with a certificate honoring his service. He shared that he’s “grateful that God brought him through this life at this time,” and we’re grateful for him.

We’re excited to celebrate Home Health & Hospice Month by recognizing our Therapist of the Year: Karl Korb, Physical Therapist, from our Edgewood, KY team!

Karl goes above and beyond for every patient and colleague — bringing compassion, integrity, and exceptional clinical care to everything he does. He is a thoughtful leader, a problem-solver, and an advocate for the people we serve.

November is National Home Care & Hospice Month, and today we are proud to recognize someone who truly embodies what compassionate care looks like at Interim.

Congratulations to Amanda Sims, our 2025 Interim HealthCare Aide of the Year.

Amanda consistently goes above and beyond for her patients. She treats every family with dignity, kindness, and respect. She advocates when something doesn’t seem right, asks questions to ensure safety, and shows deep compassion in every interaction.

Her leader, Heather Canfield (Director of Clinical Services), shared:

“Daniele is an angel and her willingness to share her time with our family makes a challenging situation more hopeful.”

Doug’s family shared this beautiful note about our hospice volunteer, Daniele. Each week, she spends time reading with Doug and helping him stay connected to friends and family by typing emails and sharing conversation.

Our Columbus Home Health, Hospice, and RMC teams wore pink this week in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, honoring the patients, families, and friends who inspire us every day.

Our Pittsburgh team joined hundreds of others this weekend, raising $1,636 to support the Alzheimer’s Association — bringing our regional total to $8,878!
Thank you to everyone who walked, donated, and cheered us on as we raised our flowers high for the ones we love. 💜
