🦷Flossing removes plaque and food particles from areas a toothbrush can’t reach, which is about 35% of the tooth’s surface

⏳Flossing should be completed at least once a day

🦷Brushing for two full minutes twice daily using a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste.

🪥Position the brush at a 45-degree angle to the gums, using gentle, circular motions to clean all surfaces, including the tongue.

🗑️Be sure to replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months.

🧑‍🧒Parents be sure to help with brushing till your child feel’s confident on there own.
