Oh what a pleasure to be part of the amazing International Yoga Festival 2026! From a head crowded with news headlines, and concerns beyond my control, I broke open into an expansive cosmic rhythm.

Beyond schedules, ideas, fears, and opinions, I settled into a state of sensitive awareness to our shared foundational subtleties.

There’s a quiet dance with clarity within us that strengthens our compassion and love. When we practice together, that’s where I meet you.

My final offering at IYF2026, was teaching a class entitled Noisy Yoga, but in truth it was Lila Yoga as a Path from Transcending to Transformation

We moved with slow deep care, building sharp focus and physical warmth

I loved feeling our collective shift as the practice unfolded into an extraordinary quiet meditation
