Calling all Middle School Girl Parents!
Here at Wellness in Motion we are building resilience in and out of the studio. The FUNctional Fitness series offers a place to learn the fundamentals of structured strength training, but in a fun and age appropriate way. We dance, we lift, we share our wins and we do it all with the focus of building strong bodies and confidence.
Our next session begins this Thursday, February 26th, and we are holding a space for your middle schooler! Details in the bio and linked in the comments.
