This practice blends the grounding energy of nature with the healing rest of Yoga Nidra—helping the body unwind and the nervous system reset.

Held indoors for warmth and comfort. Please bring your own blanket and create a cozy nest as you are gently guided into stillness and renewal.

💖Meet our new teacher Lana!💖

I’m a second-year Fisheries and Marine Science student who started practicing yoga during my first semester at Penn State and completed my 200-hour YTT last spring. Yoga has brought mindfulness and balance to my life, helping me feel more grounded through the connection of breath and movement. I also love exploring new poses, challenging myself, and having fun on the mat. I teach all-levels vinyasa and active flows, and I hope to create a space where students feel grounded, present, and inspired to grow both on and off the mat.
