Are your breathing patterns , utilizing only the upper lobes of your lungs? This often occurs due to , poor posture, or societal pressures to maintain a certain physical appearance. This limited breathing restricts the movement of the respiratory diaphragm, impacting circulation, lymph flow, digestion, and other bodily functions.

Let's start to change your now.
Inhale as much as you can through your nose then exhale even more, while tightening your abdominal muscles to help expel more air.
Do that 2 more times then let your breath go in and out on its own. Notice it. Is it different or is it the same?
