🇺🇸 Honoring Our Heroes On Veterans Day 🇺🇸

Yesterday at Harmony at State College, we had the privilege of honoring our veterans with a heartfelt Veterans Day event. Residents, families, and team members came together to celebrate the brave men and women who have served our country.

We were grateful to welcome our guest speakers, who shared inspiring words of gratitude and remembrance, as well as the Penn State student volunteers, whose presence and participation made the day even more special.

From stories of service to moments of reflection, today reminded us of the true meaning of courage, sacrifice, and community. ❤️💙

Thank you to all who served—and continue to serve—our great nation.

🍻Cheers to Oktoberfest!🍻

Residents had a wonderful afternoon celebrating Oktoberfest with an Oktoberfest Luncheon featuring festive Brats followed by a competitive fun filled Corn Hole tournament, a great variety of special brews and delicious pretzel bites! Thank you to everyone for an afternoon filled with laughter, great conversation, and full of flavor and fun.
We are so grateful to share moments like these that bring our community together!

"Ageless Adventure" Assisted Living Week brought many opportunities to celebrate our community and residents giving them reasons to smile and make connections everyday! With an planned event each afternoon, it was an engaging week for Harmony at State College! Residents participated in celebrations such as; Ice Cream Float Social with a movie and table top games, virtual travel and "Jet Lag Java" coffee bar, "Treasure to Adventure" word mining and treasure map wraps, Magic Mirror Messages tea party and notes of appreciation, National Parks Virtual Exploration and trail mix bar, Sock Hop and Malt Shakes, and an Artistic Adventure Art Craft Social.

🔥✨ What an incredible evening at our Campfire Night! ✨🔥
Our residents, families, and guests came together for a night of cozy campfire songs, toasty s’mores, themed appetizers, and refreshing drinks.

A huge thank-you to Centre Wildlife Care for sharing their amazing Animal Ambassadors 🦉🐢—everyone loved the chance to meet them up close! 🎶 And special thanks to Kelly & Mark “Biscuit Jam” for filling the air with music that had toes tapping and voices singing along.

The warmth, laughter, and smiles of the evening reminded us just how special it is when our community comes together. 💛
Thank you to everyone who joined us—we can’t wait to see you at the next Harmony event!
