Jan 2025 achilles rupture and repair. Jan 2026 returned to full competition on the starting lineup and is better than ever!

Her injury took a team of surgeon, athletic trainer, physical therapy, and chiropractic care. She came to us after she was released back to full competition with a few mild concerns and we drilled those things to get some pretty awesome outcomes in 12 weeks.

It was a pleasure working with Jessica for her final competition year. She interned with us. Then she became a patient with us. Now she’s thriving before she’s off to Physical Therapy school!

Coach Jena is doing another seminar Saturday, May 16th at the office. Last round this was a great turn out which provided significant value with some sample movements and tests to really open up your eyes on how well you actually move.

Starting next week, March 19th, Dr. Travis will be opening every Thursday afternoon!

Many of you inquired about this day of the week and our most recent trial Thursday was a hit. Many took advantage of this one-time offering which really gave us something to consider.

Both of our staff physicians are Girl Dads with family responsibilities and only Dr. McDonald can currently accomodate the 12p-4p window on Thursdays.

We are excited for this option for you all!

TREAT YOUR SCARS!

Trauma is real. It happens. Surgery or accident. Scars will leave a story tell ❤️‍🩹

Help me help you by working on your scars between appointments. Scar tissue is not ‘normal’ healthy tissue, but it’s a pretty good backup tissue.

Reduced blood flow, nerve sensation, elasticity, etc. A lot is going on below the surface. Work on the scar within the first 12-18 months post-injury before tissue maturation is complete.

Do your best, but at a minimum, touch the scar and move it around.

Two different athletes and two different situations. Both sustained injuries during competition last January. Both underwent major ankle/foot surgeries (one had two surgeries!). Both completed their designated rehab. Both desired more and participated in our Performance Program.

We are super proud of their hard work and grateful to have helped these individuals get back where they want to be. Shout out to their training staffs, coaches, parents/families, and teammates. Teamwork makes the dream work!!

Within less than one year - both female athletes are back in action on the gymnastics floor doing what they love to do.
