Our Mission is to provide compassionate, high quality, cost effective service for adults experiencing transitions: physically, socially, spiritually, and environmentally. We can take care of your ¨fix-it¨list, odd jobs, home maintenance, small plumbing and electric jobs, power washing, etc. Personal Care/Companion: We believe in promoting independence, wellness, and excellent quality of life, services may include: brain health Programs, bathing/hygiene assistance, technical assistance, organizing special events. Senior Move Management: Adult Transitional Care specializes in assisting older adults and their families with the emotional and physical aspects of relocation and/or "aging in place". We help with the following: developing an overall move, organizing, sorting and downsizing, customize floor plan, unpacking and setting up the new home.
