After this morning's Gathering, Foxdale Village Dietitian, Brenda, hosted her first Dietitian Pop-Up Special featuring fresh apples from Way Fruit Farm. Residents enjoyed sampling apple pancakes and an apple smoothie, while picking up a few healthy recipe ideas to try at home!

Last week we celebrated Foxdale Village team members during our annual Years of Service Celebration. This special event honors employees who reached a 5-year incremental milestone. We are so grateful for their dedication, compassion, and commitment to our community. Thank you for making Foxdale such a wonderful place to live and work!

We also congratulate our physician, Dr. Rodney Sepich, on receiving the Silver Award for “Best Doctor” in State College!

Foxdale residents and staff got into the Halloween spirit on Friday with festive costumes, creative outfits, and plenty of fun throughout the community! The day included our annual Fall 5K, pumpkin decorating contest and lots of smiles as everyone joined in the seasonal fun!

Foxdale’s annual departmental pumpkin decorating contest brought out some amazing creativity! The challenge this year was to design pumpkins using upcycled, recyclable, or repurposed materials.

Congratulations to the Maintenance Department, whose clever Tin Man took home first place!

Residents cast their votes during this morning’s Trick or Trot 5K, making it a fun way to celebrate Halloween together at Foxdale.

Foxdale Village team members and board members attended Centre Volunteers in Medicine’s 18th Annual Battle of the Minds last night and took home third place!

Centre Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM) is a local nonprofit that provides free medical and dental care to uninsured residents of Centre County, helping ensure accessible, high quality healthcare for all.

This past Saturday, Warin from the Foxdale Village Housekeeping Department shared her artistic talents in the art studio with a special demonstration on the clay flower arrangements she creates. Residents enjoyed watching her delicate process and even had the chance to try out some of the hands-on techniques!

We invite you to join us for the final film of the Fall 2025 Multicultural Film Festival presented by the Foxdale Village Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Deaf President Now! will be shown this Friday evening at 7:00 PM in the Foxdale Village auditorium. We hope to see you there!

Yesterday, Foxdale Village team members rolled up their sleeves for Centre County United Way’s Day of Caring at The Granary in Lemont. United Way’s Day of Caring is a nationwide event where volunteers come together to support local organizations and make a positive impact in their communities. The Foxdale team spent the day spreading mulch, raking leaves, weeding, clearing brush, cleaning windows and learning about The Granary's history.

After leading the last four Foxdale Village Garage Sales, Larry is officially passing the torch (or should we say, the megaphone!) to our new chair, Mary!

Larry’s leadership and enthusiasm helped make each sale a success and now Mary is ready to carry on the tradition! Thank you, Larry, for your dedication over the years, and welcome, Mary! We can’t wait to see what’s in store for next year’s sale on Saturday, April 18!
