Wellness in Motion is an intimate yoga studio, located at 2541 East College Avenue, State College PA (Suite 104). We offer smaller class sizes, a welcoming atmosphere, judgement-free zone, and a community feel. Sure, yoga will help increase your strength, flexibility and balance, but we also provide an opportunity for you to connect with your mind, body and breath. Experience yoga, taught in an atmosphere of safety and acceptance. Learn how to turn inward and find your own pace and way of being. Reduce stress, free physical tension, and connect to your inner wisdom on a deeper level. Wellness in Motion offers classes for every body - all ability levels and all ages. Our younger yogis will find their class offerings under the youth yoga tab (top right). Information on our regular, weekly adult yoga classes can be found under the classes and events tab. We know that some people enjoy moving slowly and others enjoy moving more quickly, so our classes range from Gentle Yoga to Power Flow Yoga with a little of everything in between. We look forward to meeting you at the studio!

Starting tomorrow, Total Body Strength is now offered 4 times a week at (in-person and online!)!

• Monday 2:00-2:45
• Tuesday 12:30-1:15
• Wednesday 12:30-1:15
• Friday 1:00-1:45

This 45-minute class combines hand weights and bodyweight exercises for a full-body workout that feels strong, intentional, and accessible. We work both major and smaller muscle groups to build strength, improve mobility, and support balance.

All levels are welcome! Classes emphasize safe alignment and controlled movement so you can move with confidence - both in and out of the studio.

Pricing:
• Welcome Pass (new members): $20 - unlimited classes for one week
• Drop-in: $17
• PSU Student Drop-in: $10
• 5-Class Pass: $70
• PSU 5-Class Pass: $50

Our very own Jessica Minelli will be leading a beginner yoga class at this event. If you have not checked out all things Jana Marie Foundation yet, you should!

Jana Marie Foundation will be hosting our annual parent-daughter retreat, Side By Side, at Mount Nittany Middle School on Saturday, February 7, from 9 am to 1 pm.

This event is free and open to middle school girls (grades 6-8) and their parent/caregiver. Through engaging activities and a variety of communication tools, participants will have the opportunity to enhance their relationship, create long-lasting memories, and find a deeper understanding of one another.

This year's event will feature the following breakout sessions:
