One year without you already…
how is that possible ❤️

I still feel your presence in so many ways. I think of you often... in the little things, in the day-to-day moments, in everything.

There are still times I catch myself wanting to call you or ask how you are… and then I have to remind myself I can’t. But somehow, you’re still here.

I’ve felt your calm on the days I needed guidance. You always said you’d ask Jesus for help when a recipe didn’t feel right. Now I find myself quietly asking you… and just like it did for you, it somehow always comes together just perfectly.

It’s a little darker without you, but you’re still everywhere... in all of us, in the stories people share, and in the kindness that continues to come up.

So many people still talk about you. They often tell me how proud you would be and how special it is that your name is carried on through Rosie’s Pierogies. Your impact didn’t leave with you, it’s still as strong as ever.

I do hope I’m making you proud.

Due to the great turn out, we need to move location!!😳

You can find us this coming Friday and all remaining Lenten Fridays in the parking lot across from Confer's Jewelers in Bellefonte. We will put signs out to help you find us - It is really only a short drive up the road from Nastase.
