To our stairlift customers that have no power. You can turn the power switch off on your stair lift and unplug the charger from the wall. And then when power comes back make sure to plug your charger back into the receptacle and turn the switch back on. If you need to use the stair lift you can always turn the switch on to get up or down the steps and then turn it back off.
