Autumn is the time to do as nature does: conserve your energy. Humans, just like all things in nature have the ability to express, create and reduce. To remain well we, too, must remember to rest. The shorter days and cooler nights are our chance to do so.
We can give you the tools to learn how to down regulate your systems, to rest in ways that actually restore and to improve your sleep so you feel rested when you wake.
Wednesday is the perfect day to practice resting because it can help you to recharge for the rest of the week. Breathwork and visualization are tools for detaching from work and reducing stress. By shifting your focus to yourself, you can identify what you need to express, stop creating and reduce.
