You will have a radiologist who is proficient in reading your specific body part study. Regional Radiology is Staten Island's most comprehensive freestanding outpatient imaging center. Regional Radiology has been providing imaging and radiation oncology services to Staten Islanders since 1989. We are an ACR-accredited facility with accreditation in all imaging modalities, including CT, MRI, PET/CT, mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy, nuclear cardiology and ultrasound. Our radiation oncology services are accredited by the American College of Radiation Oncology (ACRO). Our three convenient locations offer evening and weekend appointments, and we provide radiology services at RUMC (Richmond University Medical Center). We participate in all major insurance plans and HMOs. Patients can call one number 718.605.6500 to schedule an appointment at any of our three locations. The wide range of services available are provided by board-certified and board-qualified radiologists with advanced sub specialty fellowship training in their areas of expertise. Our New York State-licensed technical staff have advanced certification in their specialties. We utilize only non-ionic contrast (the safest contrast on the market) for all contrast-enhanced CT scans and IVPs. We also provide a team of I.V.-certified nurses with critical care experience to monitor all contrast studies. Our screening exams use the latest state-of-the-art technology to provide fast results and proper treatment. Regional Radiology and NYU Langone Health are gearing up once again for what we believe is Regional's 27th straight year (since its inception) of sponsoring this wonderful Making Strides event with the American Cancer Society. We hope to see so many of our Survivors who bring out a smile every single year. Please mark it down, October 20, 10am at 714 Father Capodano Boulevard in Midland Beach. It's a great way to kick off a Sunday morning and feel good about supporting this great event. Our Regional Radiology crew will see you there. There is so much that goes into choosing and visiting a radiology facility. For you, possibly some stress and some concerns about the visit. The Regional Radiology family, comprising three locations in Staten Island, is truly a family. From our scheduling group to our check-in coordinator to your professional highly trained technologist to your RN, if needed, to your radiologist. We are all here to support you when you need us. We hope we can have a great turnout for the annual Making Strides Breast Walk at Father Capodanno Blvd, Sunday, October 21, with registration starting at 8am and the WALK at 10am. Join more and more Survivors for a wonderful morning of Hope. NYU Langone and Regional Radiology will be represented by their employees as we continue to come together every year for over 20+ years. We believe that the eradication of this disease is coming and believe we get closer every year. Please stop by and say hello. We would love a donation of $1.00 or more and we have great items this year to give out. Please get behind this outstanding effort, joining so many here on Staten Island who continue to Hope and Believe!
