It’s a December to remember here at The Brielle. We are “baking” spirits bright as the residents of our Heartfelt Connections - Memory Care Community Baking Club take on a Christmas classic - Thumbprint Cookies. Thumbprint cookies are a classic and very popular this time of year. Known for their buttery shortbread base with a sweet jam to top it off. The residents did a wonderful job mixing the ingredients to the beat of their favorite holiday tunes.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Thank you to all of the family members and friends that attended our holiday party this week. Our dietary department did a fantastic job making it a night to remember with appetizers, a buffet with a variety of options for all to enjoy, a carving station and the dessert stations. In true Brielle fashion… The dance floor was open all night long, laughs were shared and friendships were made as our assisted living and memory care communities came together to celebrate the holidays. The Brielle management team would like to wish you all a happy holidays and a joyful new year.
