Hospice care is a specialized type of medical care that aims to provide comfort, dignity, and a good quality of life for individuals who are facing a terminal illness with a life expectancy of six months or less. Rather than focusing on finding a cure, hospice care is centered on managing pain and symptoms, allowing patients to live as fully as possible during their final days.
