I am chock full of interesting finds in my office. Looked suspicious to me last week so I performed an excisional biopsy in OR Friday. Diagnosis? Merkel Cell Carcinoma. Rare and aggressive.

Although this is a cute pink color, my N95 mask is truly what is recommended in the medical office setting to keep safe from aerosolized viral particles. If you don’t have a N95, something is better than nothing.
