SPARC Services & Programs is actively hiring Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QP) in the Iredell County and Catawba County Areas. Starting pay is $40,000/Year + Incentive Bonuses. Higher salaries with experience.
Qualified Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of accumulated experience working with children/adolescents in the mental health field. Bachelor’s degree in Human Service degree required (Psychology, Sociology, other). Our business office can confirm if you qualify.
No FCT experience is necessary. Higher salary with prior FCT experience. QPs who complete their FCT certification will receive bonuses.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Iredell and Catawba Counties, NC.
FCT's home based treatment reduces the need for out of home placements. It has been refined based on research, experience and evidence of effectiveness.
