Attention all Medicaid or Medicaid PHP parents
Did you know that there are many incentives available to you when you schedule your child’s yearly well child exam?
Every Medicaid plan offers up to a $75 gift card to each enrolled patient as an incentive to get their annual exams. There are also various other incentives based on which plan you are enrolled in.
What do you do?
Call us today to schedule your appointment -> come to the appointment -> call the number on the back of your Medicaid card or log in to your online portal and tell them you had your child’s well check. That’s all there is to it. Once we file your insurance claim, your card will be mailed to you. It is as simple as that. Act NOW!!!!
Some of the other incentives are vouchers for free food, free mobile phones (certain other rules may apply for this one), weight watcher’s vouchers, and many others.
***Please note that it only counts if you schedule your visit with your primary care provider and only applies to verified well visits. Visits performed off site at non-primary care offices such as Urgent Care Facilities or school based sports physicals do not qualify for the Medicaid incentive program. ***
***Also, if your child has had a well child exam since 1/1/22, you are still eligible to call Medicaid and get your incentives.***
