CrossRoads Home Health is an in-home health care agency that provides basic care for senior citizens and other loved ones that need assistance in their home. We have been in business for over 15 years and provide the greatest level of loving care for our patients. Do you have a parent or loved one that needs help a few hours a week or 24 hours a day? We offer many services ranging from light house keeping, medication management, bathing needs, etc. Our Certified Nursing Assistants will take great care of your loved ones. Ensuring they take their medication as needed and don't miss any doses. To begin services, our state certified RN will visit with you and the patient to put together a comprehensive care plan to ensure all needs are met. We can handle care as simple as a few hours each week or we can staff up to 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. Just give us a call and we will be glad to discuss the options that suit your needs best. Do you have a parent who is fighting illness that is putting a lot of stress on their spouse. Our Certified Nurse can come in and visit for as little as 2 hours to allow time for others to run errands or just get a break. While in the home, our CNA can check over medication needs, handle light house keeping or just give someone a break for a few hours.
