With over 13 years of dedicated experience in Assisted Living leadership, Jennifer McNamara has built her career around compassion, excellence, and servant leadership. In 2024, she was honored with a nomination for the Virginia Assisted Living Association’s Administrator of the Year, a recognition that reflects her commitment to quality care, resident engagement, and team development.

Jennifer’s approach to senior living is grounded in her belief that every resident deserves to feel at home, valued, and respected. Over the years, she has successfully led communities through growth, regulatory excellence, and staff mentorship, creating environments where both residents and associates thrive.

Today our Sales Director Nate and Executive Director Terrika partnered with Medi Healthcare to have a fun Formal Night! Medi Hospice also provided Lunch for staff! Shout out to the Miller Family for all of their help with hair, nails and make up to help our residents get all dolled up! We would also like to thank Lane with TagTeam Entertainment LLC for being our DJ for the evening bring the best playlist we could have asked for! Last but not least thank you to our wonderful chefs for all of their hard work to make the delicious food!🎶🎤💃🕺🪩
