Hey folks, please call those refill requests in ahead of time and leave JUST the refill number as a voicemail. We will gladly have them ready after noon on Monday.

There has been a large uptick in calls without prescription number ready when we pick up.
We fielded over 5100 minutes of phone time last month. If you could call back with prescription number please do so.
Looking up your file and finding that prescription takes several times longer than writting down a Rx number (and thats when a computer is free).
Help us help you.

Folks please be careful, there is more ice on the road than it appears.

Tow truck broke down in our Swoope neighborhood, it then slid into a position that totally blocked entering or exiting.

Anyone that called or showed up before 9:40am this morning, I apologize.

We are OPEN today (Tuesday 1/27)

We are NOT delivering today (have already had several requests).

I am opening with 70+ prescriptions to do, starting wait time is 1 to 2 hours for call-ins, longer for ones left on voicemail.

To those that were....dramatic... on my voicemail, you had almost a weeks notice that this storm was coming...

With some forecasts predicting over a foot of snow with up to 0.7 inches of ice, we are not expecting to be open on Monday and possibly Tuesday.

We don't make this prediction lightly.

I have closed 2 to 3 times in almost 20 years as a pharmacist.

If you will need a prescription before Wednesday evening call the prescription in NOW.

We are staying open till at least 9pm tonight.

Early fills of Controlled medications will be decided on a case by case basis.

Delivery with-in Staunton is free this evening.
