Tired of worrying about home upkeep, safety, or what’s next? The Village at Mint Spring offers easy living for adults 55+, with beautiful homes, built-in care support, and a true sense of community.

Visiting Angels is our in-unit home care partner. They help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, housekeeping, medication reminders, dog walking, and light errands—starting from as little as 30 minutes a day.

PT Plus provides one-on-one physical therapy and additional wellness services such as yoga, personal training, and Pilates, tailored to residents’ needs.

Welcome Homecare provides in-unit skilled nursing and medical services for residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, as well as for chronic conditions. Services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance.
