• Do they collaborate with medical professionals when needed?
• Are their recommendations evidence-based?

Women have been training through things the fitness industry never talks about…

Day two cramps.

Not because we’re “disciplined.”

It’s learning how to work with your body instead of fighting it.

And sometimes it’s just showing up and doing what you can… on a random Tuesday.
