CONTRACT CLEANING SUPERVISOR
H&R Contractors Inc. is currently in the market for a motivated, organized, efficient individual to help oversee our contract cleaning team in the Culpeper Area. Good people and communication skills as well as a pleasant personality are essential.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Scheduling additional jobs
Arranging for coverage when cleaners take vacation/sick time
Interviewing and hiring new cleaners in the Culpeper/Fredericksburg areas
Performing inspections of job sites
Following up on customer complaints and/or issues regarding cleaning
Training employees on proper cleaning procedures and equipment utilization
Ensuring our company is OSHA compliant for Safety and Chemicals Training
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license. Pre-employment drug screening and back ground check are required. Hours will vary so flexibility and willingness to negotiate are a must!
