Happy Gaia day. Happy momma day. Happy 3rd rock from the sun day. Happy Earth day.

Don't know about y'all, but I love this Earth. It gives me life. It gave me my family and friends, which includes the mountains, rivers, oceans, plants and animals. Life without Earth is truly beyond imagination. Perhaps there is another world awaiting us, idk, but for now Earth is all we know. It is home. Earth is HOME.

EARTH IS HOME.

how will you remind her that you love and appreciate her? how will you treat her and talk to her? will you sit quietly with her and listen to her advice? how will you celebrate the life she gives, including yours? when are you gonna finally hug that tree?

In our day and age, global society has been saturated with the wrong teaching of false positivity. The denial of darkness never equates the abundance of light. And the denial of your actual character never equates to the reality of your best character. People today are afraid to work on themselves and on their actual realities, they believe that outward appearances are enough. Outward appearances have become everything in our current day and age. People don’t see what they are actually like, nor who they actually are, in reality. They live in a phantasmic version of reality. It has to stop. In the phantasmic version of reality, there is no chance to experience true love, true goodness, and true metamorphosis. The caterpillar does not become a butterfly by telling everybody it has wings. It actually buries itself in darkness and grows those wings.

My WV peeps.....happy to share that I will be offering a couple 30 minute Sound Bath opportunities this coming Saturday, April 25th, to help celebrate the grand re-opening of Headwaters Spa and Salon pairing up with Mountain Medicine Massage!

The Sound Baths will start at 12 noon and 1pm, respectively. There will also be a closing meditation at 2pm. Sound Baths and closing meditation are open to the public and free of charge (donations accepted).

Event is in Marlinton, WV. This is the same day as the Great Greenbrier River Race so you may need to plan for a few extra minutes for arrival.

And a reminder this fun event and fundraiser to help a good cause is tomorrow at Rivanna River Company!

Excited to be a part of the HOPE FEST coming up on April 18th!

This event serves as a fundraiser for the good folks at Reclaimed Hope Initiative doing valuable work helping families. I'll be providing a couple kid-focused Sound Baths in the afternoon. As you can see listed here lots of reasons to cone out for a fun, family friendly afternoon to support a good cause. I've actually never caught Mighty Joshua before and am looking forward to their set. Festival taking place at Rivanna River Company.
