So today we’re sharing a few simple tips to help keep your shoulders out of your ears this week:
✨ 1. Breathe before you “do.”
Before you dive into cooking, cleaning, shopping, or hosting… take one slow, deep breath.
(It’s amazing what oxygen + sanity can do. 😂)
✨ 2. Delegate like a holiday CEO.
You don’t have to do ALL the things.
Make a list → pass things out → sip something cozy.
Boom. Balanced.
✨ 3. Take a mini reset.
A 10-minute walk, stretch, or moment alone in the pantry with a cookie counts. We support you. 🍪💛
✨ 4. Book something for you.
A massage or facial at Relax can melt holiday tension before it even starts.
Yes, you deserve it. Yes, truly.
