❌Myth 1: Reiki is a Religion
💚Reality: Reiki is form of hands-on therapy. It is a powerful spiritual practice, open to all.

❌Myth 2: Reiki offers a cure
💚Reality: Reiki is a complementary therapy for relaxation and wellbeing, is is not a cure, nor does it guarantee any results of outcomes.

❌Myth 3: Reiki isn't real
💚Reality: Reiki draws on the same energy principles used yoga, acupuncture & Tai Chi, sound healing and meditation.

❌Myth 4: Reiki is dangerous
💚Reality: Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive therapy. It can do no harm.
Reiki isn't manipulative or a way of controlling, it is an ancient technique for stress reduction and relaxation. Regular contact with Reiki will bring the recipient's mind, body and spirit into balance. It is an excellent support to the overall physical, mental and emotional healing process.

Sometimes when stress or anxiety rises, the best place to begin is by coming back into the body.

In this video, I share a simple 5-4-3-2-1 grounding practice, a somatic tool that uses your senses to help calm the nervous system and bring you back to the present moment.

This practice also supports the Root Chakra, the energy center connected to safety, stability, and feeling grounded.

Why so many women feel tired, wired, and overwhelmed right now…

Lately, I don’t think most women are just “busy.”

I think many are overstimulated, under-rested, emotionally stretched thin, and carrying far more than people realize.

And that kind of stress does not stay in the mind.
It shows up in the body.

It can look like:

Poor sleep.
A racing mind.
Low patience.
Afternoon crashes.
Headaches.
Sugar cravings.
