It is with a very heavy heat that I write this, even so, the words don’t feel right still.

The Yoga Center of Steamboat will no longer be at 701 Yampa St., where it’s home has been for the past 20 years through all the names changes and owners.

Our lease was not renewed and much like you’re surprise, we were also on the outs of this knowledge.

Allow yourself to be mad, sad, frustrated, annoyed, happy, glad, scared, confused…whatever this news makes you feel, just feel it. Sit with it. Let it be.

Then breathe.

I have been feeling all sorts of feelings these past few days and wow, what it feels like to be alive.

This is not the end. We are still here. We will still practice yoga, it may just look a little different from what we did in the studio space.

Community is so strong so loving and supportive. I just know everything will be okay. Lean on each other when you need to. Support those that need it.

This isn’t goodbye. Our story just continues.

Workshop Alert ‼️

Joint and for an afternoon of Acro Yoga FUN-damentals. In this beginner style workshop we will be exploring the five fundamentals of acro Yoga and how they can be applied to any shape you want to make!!!

Workshop alert! 🚨
Mamas to be, join on Saturday May 6th 11-12:30 for a Prenatal Yoga Workshop. You will discuss ways to support yourself throughout your pregnancy as well as things to avoid.

Be prepared to participate in a class. We have all the mats and props you may need, just bring yourself. Sign up via our Events tab on our website to guarantee a space.

True yoga isn’t about what kind of pretzel or pancake we can put ourselves into, but how you show up when life tries to twist and turn you in all different directions.

How do you show up for yourself?

How do you show up for others?

Where can you grow and challenge yourself?

No one can be bad at yoga, you may just find it difficult to put yourself in the box the west has labeled as “yoga”.

Feeling a little stuck in the mud (or snow still 😅) this mud season? Or looking to bring yourself back to balance after one of the snowiest winters?

Buy a package in person or online during April 16-April 30 and receive bonus classes! Packages don’t expire and you can share between your family.

You can use packages to preregister for your favorite class or teacher to secure a space. Or just show up knowing you’ll be covered for class.

An Evening of Reiki & Sound Bath Friday March 24th 5:30pm

Join Alex Shannon of .healing , Brittany Vidi and your community for an evening of Sound Healing & Reiki.

Release into the healing sounds that fill the studio as Brittany guides you into a deeply meditative state. Alex will be offering optional hands-on or off Reiki throughout the Sound Bath.
