Me coming out of freeze…. I have been here a while and didn’t even realize it until I started to come out of it.✨

These last few years have been full of deep transformation: facing the stories I tell, working with the nervous system dis-regulation that was built up from 42 years of living as an empath, welcoming my gifts and challenging and fruitful work with my partner. There has been deep healing here🔥

There is a well of inspiration, fire, light and connection coming out of me… and I can’t wait to share what it becomes… something is building! 💫

We dance a lot in my home and it helps us move through a lot…. The air guitar is also very powerful! Give it a try!

Hello,

I've been dealing with some health issues and need to take some time off to focus on taking care of myself. I'm canceling all appointments before September 1st.

If you don't have an appointment in September, I'll be reaching out to you in the next few weeks to get you rescheduled. If you do have an appointment in September, I will see you then!

If you're in of need of bodywork in the next 5 weeks, I highly recommend Rachel Croft at Ski Town PT and Mikal Beckman at Pachamor. I have received a lot of bodywork from both of these women and they are great.

I apologize for any inconvenience and I look forward to supporting you in the future.

Hello!

Happy Spring! If you take a moment to look outside, nature is showing us how to bloom from the muck! Bulbs are popping up all over the place using the muck to grow, just like we can.

You can now book through July 2025. I will be in my office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and taking my last appointment at 4pm throughout the summer.

I'm excited to share that I have started a 5 month astrology apprenticeship through Rising Woman! I look forward to sharing what I learn with you. I have always found astrology to provide a deep level of self acceptance and understanding.

Massage is proof that we need other people. ✨

Sometimes I like to live in story that I don’t need anyone…. It’s not true!

I injured one of my rotator cuff muscles during blues break( see picture #2 combined with my sweet daughter sleeping on my shoulder for a week). I’ve been working on it myself cupping, CBD and ice with no real improvement and continuing to use my shoulder for work.

I knew I needed a massage and got in with at Ski Town PT and Rachel helped me immensely. I’ve been seeing Rachelle for bodywork for the last few years. If you haven’t seen her, go see her, she does amazing deep work!

I appreciate this reminder as I do a lot of manual therapy on myself, but I love the reminder that I actually need physical touch from other people for my body to heal.

We are dependent upon each other, and that is a beautiful thing! 💜💜💜

Re-programming work! It can be as simple as writing a down a thought that we want to integrate into our system.

I don’t know about you, but I’m often programmed to anticipate all the horrible things that may happen in life….which means I’m manifesting them and I’m living in a lot of fear. The truth is that worrying about “bad” things happening does not make me anymore prepared when they inevitably do. It just burns out my nervous system.

I few so much peace when I embody the belief that “Miracles beyond my wildest dreams are happening in my life”

Try it, it’s fu***ng powerful!
