Who’s with me?!

As a therapist, I truly belive this. That we’re learning and growing and evolving every day.
Sometimes, it’s even in the smallest of ways. But, personally I love paying attention and noticing! To me this is my self-awareness. If the goal is to know myself more every day and I love that the end of the year makes creates space for this reflection!

We all slip into these patterns because we’re human. We overthink, say yes too much, carry more than we need to. Nothing is wrong with you if you did that this year. But you also get to choose differently. One small shift at a time.

Save this for when you need the reminder. 💗

My Story

Welcome!

I am a life coach, psychotherapist (LCSW), a mother, a wife, and an outdoor enthusiast. I work to find balance in my own life by spending time in nature, practicing yoga, and spending time with my family. I love my profession, my family, and my life.

Truthfully, balancing everything I love doing is not an easy task. It has taken me a long time, 15 years as a Therapist and Life Coach, to figure out how to do my best and allow myself grace when I don’t. It took me years to realize that my goal to “have it all” had left me in a state of constant anxiety and stress that impacted me physically, mentally and emotionally. I wanted to change how I felt, and to do that, I realized I would have to first change how I thought, including my expectations and my understanding of a balanced life.

Life balance requires a lot of flexibility. I am grateful to have chosen a career that focuses on well-being, but I did not realize that “having it all” could be so challenging. Since discovering the truth, I have adapted, developed, and implemented practices and skills that I have learned from my profession to my own lifestyle and the lifestyles of hundreds of clients. I understand that I am in control of managing my mood, my thoughts, my behavior, and my actions. I can be intentional, mindful, and balanced.
