We are offering spaciousness, detox, and a recovery from burnout on our retreat to Hawaii in May. Chanting is part of our community at retreat. Cristen is a beautiful singer, and I feel spaciousness in my chest and heart when I sing in community. I hate to sing out loud, but there is something different about chanting. You are chanting about peace, and freedom from suffering, and compassion. Chanting with purpose is a beautiful way to regulate your nervous system and create lasting change.
