Haley Middleton proudly serves as the Director of Nursing at River Oaks Care Center. Originally from Steele, Missouri, Haley has dedicated the past 9 years to the nursing field, specializing in Long Term Care, Wound Care, Infection Control, and Emergency Medicine.
Known for her empathetic nature and heart of gold, Haley approaches every resident with compassion, treating them like family. Since joining River Oaks in 2024, she has found true purpose in her work—looking forward to each day spent caring for residents and supporting her team. To Haley, it’s more than just a job—it’s a family, and that includes both residents and staff.
Outside of work, Haley is a proud and devoted mom to her three children—Benny (11), Reece (9), and Emzleigh (5). Whether she’s cheering them on from the sidelines as their number one fan, cooking up something delicious, traveling, or sneaking in a fun casino trip, family is at the center of everything she does.
